A: Our storearranges products after your order is placed.Ifyou purchase multiple products, they will be shipped only after all products are available.

Our store develops products in collaboration with a planning team and production factory (some selected items are also available from directors). To provide products at the lowest possible price, we order from manufacturers and arrange products after receiving your order. Due to arrangement circumstances, delivery may take longer than the number of days mentioned above. In the unlikely event that we cannot prepare the product, we will contact you by email or other means.

Also, when making inquiries by email, please set your domain to receive emails and enable "email address reception settings" and "info@maison-nua.jp" to receive emails.

Q: Can I check if my order was placed?
A: An email will be sent to the email address you provided after your order is confirmed. If you do not receive an email, please contact us via inquiry. Members can also check from their My Page. After logging in, please check your purchase history.
Q: I haven't received an order confirmation email.
A: If your order has been completed and you haven't received an email, the following reasons are possible: Your registered email address may be incorrect, or the email may have been automatically sorted into your spam folder due to spam settings, preventing you from receiving it. To ensure smooth reception in the future, please set your domain to receive emails and enable reception for "info@maison-nua.jp" in your "email address reception settings." Please note that we cannot resend order confirmation emails.

Q: I received a reply from an address different from the inquiry contact.
A: If you inquire from a mobile phone address, etc., we may contact you from "maison-nua@au.com."
In addition to the above, please set your domain to receive emails and enable reception for "maison-nua@au.com" in your "email address reception settings."
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Once an order is placed, we immediately place an order with the manufacturer, so we cannot accommodate cancellations. Please understand this in advance before placing your order.
Q: Can I return or exchange items?
A: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, except in the case of defective products.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons, as they are considered customer's convenience:
・Differences in size (slight discrepancies may occur from measured dimensions)
・Differences in image
・Fraying
・Dye smell inherent to the material
・For other overseas manufactured products, we kindly ask for your understanding that returns or exchanges due to minor wrinkles, dirt, slight fraying, or creases are not accepted.
Q: I received a defective product.
A: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us via inquiry, clearly stating your "order number" and the "defective product." Please note that we cannot accept requests for returns or exchanges after 4 days, including the arrival date.
Q: Do you offer alterations such as hemming?
A: We do not offer alterations for our products.
If you wish to have alterations, please consult a nearby alteration service.

About Shipping
We will ship within the estimated delivery period stated on each product page from the order confirmation date.
To provide products at the lowest possible price, we order from manufacturers and arrange products after receiving your order. Due to arrangement circumstances, delivery may take longer than the number of days mentioned above, or we may not be able to prepare the product due to production discontinuation or being out of stock even after the order is confirmed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
