【About Delivery Period】Products will be shipped according to the estimated delivery date stated on each product page.

【Regarding Out of Stock After Ordering】Even after your order is confirmed, we may not be able to provide the product due to production discontinuation or being sold out. In such cases, we will contact you separately and promptly cancel the payment or issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in advance.

【Regarding Order Cancellation】Since we place an order with the manufacturer immediately after you place your order, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted after your order is confirmed.

【Regarding Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges】Except for defective products, we do not accept customer-initiated returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons, as they are considered customer-initiated: ・Size differences (there may be slight discrepancies from the measurements) ・Difference in image ・Fraying ・Dye smell due to material properties, etc. ・Other minor wrinkles or dirt, etc., due to overseas manufacturing.

【Regarding Defective Products】While we take every precaution in inspecting products, in the unlikely event of a defective product, please attach an image of the defective part and contact info@maison-nua.jp. Please note that return/exchange requests cannot be accepted after 7 days from the arrival date (including the arrival date). We will check our stock and exchange it for a new or equivalent product. Please note that refunds are only available if the product is out of stock.

【Return Shipping Cost】Please bear the cost for customer-initiated returns. However, for exchanges of defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will bear the cost. *This applies only if you contact us within the return period mentioned above. 

• An invoice for confirmed monthly charges will be issued at the end of the month and sent on the 1st of the following month via email and SMS (short message) by the 3rd.
• Payment methods include convenience store payment (at convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and automatic bank withdrawal.
• The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For automatic bank withdrawals, it will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May, it may be the 20th*.
• Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. For automatic bank withdrawals, no payment fee is incurred.
